White County community supervision is shared with Cumberland County at 29 Daniel Drive, Suite 103, Crossville, TN 38555, phone 931-484-1566. TDOC District 31 is at 851 South Willow Avenue, Suite 202, Cookeville, TN 38501, phone 931-526-7165. Confirm the supervising location through FOIL and the TDOC field-office directory before traveling.
For a local release, call the Jail and ask for the custodian's required request channel. Tennessee public-record guidance lists inspection as ordinarily free, black-and-white letter or legal copies at $0.15 per page, color copies at $0.50 per page, and labor generally chargeable after the first hour. No White County-specific release-record fee was verified. Ask for an estimate.
