White County VINELink Search Limits

No official Tennessee source guarantees real-time delivery without lag, complete participation by each municipal jail, or a fixed retention period for released results. VINE also is not a general supervision file or a universal release certificate. It cannot prove that a sentence expired, that parole conditions ended, or that no second case or detainer exists.
